L2667 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kenneth R Stokes, Jr. and Ruth A Stokes, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, on November 2, 2016, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coffee County, Alabama, at OFFREC Book 750, Page 152; and subsequently transferred to Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans; and subsequently transferred to Freedom Mortgage Corporation; Freedom Mortgage Corporation, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Coffee County Courthouse, in Enterprise, Alabama, on April 14, 2021, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Coffee County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 4, Block B, Azalea Commons, Phase I, as shown on Plat recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama, in Plat Book 4, Page 7.
