L1843 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Shavon Rich, a single woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for Alethes, LLC, on June 9, 2005, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Houston County, Alabama, at Book MTG 1740, Page 338; and subsequently modified on October 21, 2013, and said modification being recorded at Book MTG 2272, Page 149; and subsequently transferred to GMAC Mortgage, LLC; and subsequently transferred to Ocwen Loan Servicing,LLC; PHH Mortgage Corporation s/b/m Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Houston County Courthouse, in Dothan, Alabama, on January 4, 2021, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Houston County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 20 and 21, Block B, 7th Addition to Tidwell`s Subdivision, a subdivision situated in Houston County, Alabama as per map or plat of same recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Houston County, Alabama in Plat Book 2, Page 24. This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expense of foreclosure.
