Eufaula softball gets shut-out win

Sydney Wiggins didn't allow a run as the Eufaula Tigers varsity softball team defeated New Brockton 1-0 on Monday.

Wiggins struck out four and surrendered seven hits over seven innings while New Brockton’s pitcher sat down three, allowing six hits and one run.

Carly Puckett, Catherine Nolin, Wiggins, Carley Clark, Fantasia Jackson and Makayla Ingram each managed one hit to lead the team. The defense also didn't commit a single error in the field.
