The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office reports in a press release that Arland “Andy” Andreasen, 70, has been charged with two counts of Sexual Battery and two counts of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a minor.
The release states that the agency was contacted about an allegation of sexual misconduct, that an investigation was conducted, and that on Tuesday, May 24, Andreasen turned himself in to the Jackson County jail. Officials say this is an ongoing investigation.
