A Seven Church Revival hosted by Zion Chapel Baptist Church will be held March 1-8 at Zion Chapel, located at 27057 Highway 87 N. in Elba. Services will be at 6 p.m. on March 1, 7 p.m. on March 2-6 and 6 p.m. on March 8. Churches involved include: Mount Zion Baptist Church, Whitewater Baptist Church, Victoria Baptist Church, Hebron Baptist Church, Woodland Grove Baptist Church, and Wise Mill Assembly of God. A nursery will be provided and the Community Choir will sing Sunday-Friday.

Maple Avenue Baptist Church, 1009 W. Maple Ave., Geneva, will host the monthly luncheon of the 39er’s C.L.U.B. (Christians Living Under the Blood) on March 10 at 11 a.m. Reservations needed by March 3. Past attendees should call their table hostess; newcomers should call the church at 334-684-9617. Cost is $5 per person. Speaker will be the Rev. Gary Watson, pastor of The Crossings Church in Geneva. The 39er’s C.L.U.B. is a non-denominational gathering, and the luncheons last an hour.

A gospel sing hosted by the American Legion Auxiliary will be held March 7 at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center in Abbeville. The sing is a fundraiser for the American Legion Auxiliary, and donations will be taken. The singers are 4-year-old Daylen Brown from Abbeville, Martha Whitrock from Malvern, God’s Way Baptist Church Choir from Eufaula, and Gilmore Trio from Eufaula.

The Dothan-Eufaula District of the Southeast Alabama Conference of the AME Church will celebrate its 2015 Mid-Year Worship Service on March 7 at 10 a.m. at St. John AME Church, 03 St. John St., Abbeville. Pastors of the district meet at 8:30 a.m. and the Hour of Power message will be delivered by the Rev. Lasagne Smith, pastor of Freemount AME Church in Bakerhill. Love’s Way Church, 19305 Highway 134 W., Enterprise, will hold its 31st anniversary Homecoming service on Sunday, March 8. Morning worship will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Loren Larson ministering. Larson currently serves as the president of World Evangelism Bible College and as an associate pastor of the Family Worship Center from The Jimmy Swaggart Ministry of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. New Maranda Baptist Church will hold its 123rd observance of Men’s and Women’s Day with a service on March 8 at 2:30 p.m. Speaker will be the Rev. James Dawsey, pastor of Countyline Baptist Church in Slocomb.

Triumphant Cross Lutheran Church, 2643 Murphy Mill Road, Dothan, will host a bingo night on March 13 starting at 7 p.m. Free to play. Food and money donations accepted. Raffle and door prizes. Food and refreshments available for purchase.

Chancellor Assembly of God Church, 10527 N. State Highway 27, Chancellor, will hold its annual rib-eye steak sale on March 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The steak sale is a fundraiser for church’s youth missions, specifically the Speed the Light mission, a student-initiated outreach that provides equipment for missionaries around the world. Smithville Missionary Baptist Church, 160 W. Smithville Road, Dothan, will host “Gospel Explosion” on March 15 at 3 p.m. featuring The Fantastic Violinairs of Detroit, as well as The Gospel Travelers of Dothan, Holy Five of Dothan and Holy Ghost Girls of Cottonwood. County Line Baptist Church, 1000 Highway 92, Enterprise, will host the event “Faith Under Fire: Living Fearlessly and Compassionately in Changing Times” March 15-18 with Dr. Greg Pouncey, pastor of First Baptist Church in Tillman's Corner speaking.
