Traffic has been opened around the Houston County Courthouse in downtown Dothan following an early morning bomb threat.
The roads in the area were closed for more than an hour as the courthouse was searched for a possible device. Traffic was backed up on several streets, including Main and Oates.
All courthouse employees were also evacuated.
The threat, made via a phone call, came as criminal and civil courts were about to start.
