FORT RUCKER - The world’s only monument to a pest standing in the middle of Main Street in Enterprise since 1919 is a symbol of a city’s ability to embrace diversity and to survive adversity, Enterprise Tourism and Community Relations Director Tammy Doerer told Military Officers Association of America Wiregrass Chapter members. Doerer spoke at their dinner meeting Saturday at The Landing on Fort Rucker.
