The ribbon was cut for the approximately 9,520-square-foot playground at Johnny Henderson Family Park in Enterprise Thursday afternoon. Featuring separate play areas for toddlers and older children, the playground is filled with swings, slides, climbing structures, tunnels and musical play elements replacing the park’s former equipment with a larger, more modern and inclusive play space. From left, are Enterprise Director of Community Services and Recreation Blake Moore, Enterprise City Councilmen Todd Walz and Scotty Johnson, Enterprise Mayor William Cooper, and City Council members Casey Mack, Greg Padgett and Sonya Rich.
